This Privacy Policy explains how Lead Engine LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company doing business as Prevenue ("Prevenue," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, request information, create an account, use our products, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Prevenue.
Prevenue is a business-to-business SaaS service. When a customer uses Prevenue to process data about its own customers, prospects, users, accounts, or business contacts, Prevenue generally acts as a service provider or processor on behalf of that customer. Our customer is responsible for its own privacy notices, legal bases, and instructions for that data.

We collect information you provide to us, information generated by your use of the services, and information from integrations, service providers, business partners, and publicly or commercially available sources.
- Account and contact information, such as name, business email, company name, job title, login credentials, workspace details, and communication preferences.
- Signup, billing, and transaction information, such as plan selections, invoices, payment status, tax information, and related records. Payment card details may be processed by payment providers and are not stored by Prevenue unless expressly stated.

- Support and communications data, such as messages you send us, call notes, survey responses, feedback, and attachments you provide.
- Marketing and website data, such as cookie identifiers, campaign interactions, form submissions, event registrations, and email engagement.
- Lead magnet and assessment data, including scan answers, partial form progress, resume identifiers, work contact details you submit, and related security metadata such as hashed IP-derived signals and browser information.
Sensitive Data
Prevenue is not designed to collect highly sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, health information, financial account access credentials, precise geolocation, biometric data, children's data, or information revealing race, religion, sexual orientation, union membership, or similar protected characteristics. You should not submit sensitive data to the service unless your agreement with us specifically permits it and appropriate safeguards are in place.
How We Use Information
We use personal information for the purposes described below and for other purposes disclosed when the information is collected.
- Provide, operate, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the services.
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, process signups, provide support, and respond to requests.
- Connect customer-authorized integrations and generate revenue, retention, conversion, and account intelligence signals requested by customers.
- Send service notices, product updates, security alerts, administrative messages, and marketing communications where permitted.
- Analyze website and product performance, measure campaigns, and improve onboarding and user experience.
- Protect against fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms or policies.

Customer Data and Processing Role
For customer content and data submitted to Prevenue by or on behalf of a customer, we process that data according to the customer's agreement, configuration, and documented instructions. We do not determine the purposes for which our customers collect or use their own customer data.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights, notices, consents, permissions, and legal bases needed to connect data sources to Prevenue and to use the outputs generated by the service. If you are an end user of a Prevenue customer, please contact that customer directly to exercise privacy rights related to data it controls.
Analytics, Models, and Product Signals
Prevenue may use analytics, scoring, machine learning, automation, and other computational methods to generate account, revenue, churn, conversion, and product usage signals. These outputs are predictions, classifications, or recommendations for business use and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to act on them.
We do not use customer content to train third-party foundation models unless authorized by the customer or permitted under the applicable agreement. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information to operate, secure, benchmark, improve, and develop our services, provided it does not identify a person or customer.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the services. Customer data retention may be governed by the customer's agreement, settings, deletion requests, and backup practices.
For website assessments and lead magnets, abandoned draft progress is generally retained for up to 30 days, first-party resume cookies may last up to 90 days, and completed lead submissions may be retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required or permitted for legal, security, or business records purposes. Raw IP addresses are not stored in lead rows and may exist only in short-lived infrastructure logs.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for configuring integrations and permissions appropriately.
Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and how you interact with Prevenue, you may have rights to request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a decision regarding your request. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
To submit a request, email support@prevenue.ai. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with the word "Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond as required by applicable law.
If you are an end user, prospect, or customer of a company that uses Prevenue, please direct requests about that company's data practices to that company. We may refer your request to the relevant customer when appropriate.
Sale, Sharing, Targeted Advertising, and Profiling
Prevenue does not sell personal information for money. When advertising measurement is enabled, our disclosure of cookie identifiers, campaign interactions, and conversion events to advertising platforms may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws.
You can opt out using the "Do not sell or share" option in our Privacy choices control or by emailing support@prevenue.ai. We also process browser Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of advertising measurement for that browser. Your choice does not disable storage that is necessary to operate forms, security controls, or requested services.
Prevenue's customer-configured product signals are intended for business account management, revenue operations, retention, and conversion workflows. They are not intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects about individual consumers, such as eligibility for credit, housing, employment, education, insurance, or essential services.
International Transfers
Prevenue is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we, our customers, or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.
Children
The services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users or customers, such as by posting the updated policy, updating the date above, or sending a notice through the services or by email.
